Survivor 50: Major Blindside Sends Another Player Home in Explosive Episode

The latest episode of Survivor Season 50 delivered exactly what fans expect from the long-running competition: strategy, tension, and a dramatic Tribal Council that shifted the power dynamics once again.

Titled “That’s Not How I Play Survivor,” this week’s episode was packed with alliances forming, secrets unraveling, and one key player seeing their game come to an end.

Fallout From Last Week’s Blindside

The episode opened with lingering tension from the previous Tribal Council, where alliances were shaken and trust took a major hit.

Tiffany Ervin was visibly frustrated after the elimination of Kamilla, struggling to contain her anger back at camp. At the same time, Benjamin Wade, better known as Coach, took a very different approach.

Coach framed recent eliminations as “honorable,” but behind the scenes, he was already preparing his next strategic moves. He began targeting multiple players, including Dee Valladares, signaling a major shift in alliances.

Exile Island Brings New Alliances

Meanwhile, Ozzy Lusth and Rizo Velovic returned from Exile Island refreshed and ready to play.

Rizo quickly found himself pulled into Coach’s alliance, but he remained cautious. Instead of fully committing, he strengthened his own alliance with Cirie Fields and Ozzy.

Tensions rose further when it was revealed that Dee had shared information about Rizo possibly holding an immunity idol, a move that could have serious consequences.

A High-Stakes Advantage Changes the Game

One of the most important moments of the episode came during an individual challenge involving Stephenie LaGrossa Kendrick.

She successfully held her arm raised for a full hour, earning a powerful advantage: the ability to steal another player’s vote at Tribal Council. However, she initially lied to other contestants about how long she lasted.

Cirie Fields quickly saw through the lie and uncovered the truth, proving once again that information spreads fast in the game.

Immunity Challenge Winner Revealed

The episode’s immunity challenge tested both strength and focus, requiring players to balance a ball while holding a beam overhead.

In the end, Ozzy outlasted the competition and secured individual immunity, guaranteeing his safety heading into Tribal Council.

Coach Becomes a Target

While Coach attempted to control the vote by organizing a split between Dee and Tiffany, his aggressive gameplay started to raise alarms.

Players like Rick Devens and Emily Flippen began questioning whether it was time to eliminate him instead.

Despite this growing target, Coach remained confident, continuing to push his strategy without realizing how much attention he was drawing.

Who Was Voted Out?

In the end, it was Dee Valladares who was sent home.

Dee attempted to rally votes against Coach and appeared to be building momentum. However, her plan didn’t hold together when it mattered most.

In a last-ditch effort, she played her “Shot in the Dark,” but it failed to save her. Her torch was ultimately snuffed, marking the end of her journey in Survivor 50.
